LoLo's Shop Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility:

Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.

Condition: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

Receipt: Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items. This includes any product that has been personalized or customized.

3. Return Process:

Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at info@lolos.shop with 'Return' as the title to start the return process.

Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. Refunds:

Approved Returns: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted for items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

5. Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at info@lolos.shop 'Exchange' as the title.

6. Sale Items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

8. Email Title Requirement:

  • To ensure your return or exchange request is processed promptly, please include the appropriate title in your email subject line. For returns, use "Return Request - [Order Number]," and for exchanges, use "Exchange Request - [Order Number]." Emails without these titles may not be seen or processed.
